Refund policy

1. We have a 5 days return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and in case you want to make an exchange/refund you have to pay the shipping that will be made with the product that you exchange.

4. If you make a mistake in the length of a necklace/Bracelet and want to change it for another size, it will have a cost of $10 for the necklaces and bracelets. Remember that all our pieces are handmade.

6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
